I just purchased a car wash and didn’t want the monthly subscription so he sold me what was supposed to be the better car wash. I went to the start and was pulled in and went straight through the other end. I drove back around and they proceeded to tell me it was me just driving through. I am almost 60 years old been driving before the idiot that told me this and was a stinking attitude behind it. This is my first time back since e they charged my card for monthly service a few years ago and had to have the lady whom is one of the owners call me and refund what I did not use due to it was their program issue that was being resolved. This will definitely be a no for me in the future!!

Employees can be there & looking at you but will not move cones for you to come in and use the car wash. Yes I come after opening hour and before closing hour. Then the car isn’t being cleaned like it should be. You go thru the Carwash and you will get soap and water on your car but that is about it. Multiple times I have pulled out of the car wash and have had to finish doing its job with their towels in order to get a proper clean. - Staff is seen but that is it. There are plenty of other car washes in Tuscaloosa county that will be getting my business more as this one does not do a satisfactory job. I cannot mention anything on the employees besides they have workers there but I don’t know what they do as they don’t open up or speak to you. I would go 2-3x weekly as I prefer to keep my car clean but this is one car wash business I don’t think I’m going to continue doing business with. Current time is 8:23 AM and cones are still blocking entrance. One employee came out to look at me as I was turning around in the parking across from this car wash and to make this comment & rating but as we looked at one another he walked away back into the office.

I recently became a monthly member at Marc 1 Car Wash and couldn't be happier. It is a clean, well-managed establishment with some of the best prices and value in town. I love the extra effort they put into the customer experience, from providing air fresheners to making my daughter smile with a soap heart on her window. It’s rare to find an automatic car wash that cares this much about the details.
